In accordance with the Turkish Constitution, international agreements related to human rights to which our country is a party, and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 ("Law"), Forte Information Communication Technologies and Defense Industry Inc. ("FORTE" or "Company"), which acts as the data controller, provides information below regarding the processing of your personal data by the Company.
I. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and within the limits set by the KVKK, within the scope of the relationship between our Company and you, for the purposes of "Conducting Communication Activities, Tracking Requests/Complaints, and Receiving and Evaluating Suggestions for Improving Business Processes."

Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, some of your personal data is processed. Your personal data can be categorized as "Identity, Communication, and Personnel" in a categorical manner.
II. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically to ensure full compliance with regulations, company policies, and obligations undertaken during the execution of our activities as FORTE. Your personal data is obtained based on the legal grounds of the legitimate interests of the data controller, in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated in the Law.
III. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data processed for the purposes stated in the first article of this information text is not transferred to any third party, either domestically or internationally.
IV. Security Measures Taken and Destruction of Personal Data
We apply legal, administrative, and technical measures prescribed by the Law to protect your personal data, and we take all necessary measures within the scope of Articles 4 and 12 of the Law in the processing of these data.
Your personal data is destroyed in the first periodic destruction process (6 months) following the elimination of our legal retention obligations and the cessation of our legitimate interests that are not contrary to the law.
V. Your Rights as a Data Subject under the Law
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or internationally,
- Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Demand the remedy of damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully and results in damage.
In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, you can use your rights listed above and make other requests in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller." You can submit your written and wet-signed requests to our Company via registered mail or through a notary with clear and identifiable proof of your identity and address to the addresses specified below.
Your request must be clear and understandable, relate to yourself, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized, and this authorization must be documented. The application must include your identity and address information, and documents proving your identity must be attached. We will respond in writing or electronically within 30 days at the latest from the date your request reaches us.
