DOKU Material Codification
What is DOKU?
DOKU is a web-based software where the relevant materials are coded in accordance with the NATO Codification System and the rules and procedures in the current ACodP-1 documentation, which contains the foundations of this system, and all registered domestic and foreign materials can be tracked.
This software has been developed in accordance with the job descriptions and responsibilities of National Codification Bureaus, users, and contractors specified in ACodP-1.
It has successfully completed the NADEX and NDER tests, which are data exchange methods, carried out with NATO (NSPA). It can exchange data with NDER, the new data exchange model to be used among all NATO countries.
What can you do with DOKU?
You can request multiple stock numbers.
In accordance with the NDER data exchange model XML structure, you can exchange data with NSPA and codification offices of other countries over NSPA.
You can code relevant materials according to the rules and procedures in the current ACodP-1 documentation.
You can assign a new company (NCAGE) code to companies and organizations and automatically verify information with e-government integration.
You can query all domestic and foreign material information within the NATO Codification System with a powerful search engine.
You can easily check the data quality.
